GoSoloEsq has developed an online "lawyer to lawyer" case referral program for its members. This member service enables you to confidentially find the right attorney for your client in exchange for a percentage of fees earned from the case (determined by you and the other attorney member).

If you find a case is outside your area of law, experience level, or perhaps available time, you can refer the case to another GoSoloEsq attorney. To help protect the two attorney members, we keep a "virtual paper trail" of all referrals via the online submission and request forms. In addition, GoSoloEsq Members receiving the referral commit to honor the original client relationships from the referring lawyer. They are also committed to delivering outstanding work and service for the referring attorneys client.

Most State Bar rules authorize fee sharing between lawyers on a case so long as the client approves of that fee sharing arrangement in writing. It is the responsibility of the member to verify those rules within your state(s).


Here is the step by step process to help you find the right attorney for your client:

1. Begin by searching our Case Referral Member Database to find the "case referral" attorney that best meets the requirements for your client (you must be a registered user to access this database).
2. Contact the member attorney(s) via the online Case Referral Web Form within their profile with your case referral request (this will create the virtual paper trail and attach it to your profiles).
